Apple pancakes

For breakfast i have those delicious apple pancakes



  • a cup of wholemeal flour
  • 12 g of baking powder
  • an egg
  • 2 spoon of butter (melted)/oil
  • 2 spoon of sugar
  • milk to reach the consistency
  • an apple

How to:

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

Cut an apple in thin slices.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Put the sliced apple (2-4 pieces per pancakes) and add some more batter. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
